Mental Health Services for Students

Palo Verde believes in the importance of the mental health and well-being of its students. To provide assistance to students on site, a Tulare County School Psychologist, Maria Orozco and a social worker, Jeovan Martin, will be on campus Tuesday - Thursday. In addition, Mrs. Olivia Delgadillo, school counselor is available.  If you wish for your child to be seen by one of these individuals, you can call the school at 559-688-0648 and make a request. 

Mental Health Services are available locally through:

  • Tulare Youth Service Bureau at 559-688-2043 (327 South “K” Street, Tulare)

  • Porterville Youth Services at 559-788-1200 (1055 W. Henderson #2, Porterville)

  • Visalia Youth Services at 559-627-1490 (711 N. Court St. #B, Visalia)

If this is an emergency, call 911 or take the student to the nearest emergency room a  national hotline is also available 24 hours per day every day:
